Chullschick is a Peruvian restaurant in Central. Their dishes are unique with popping spices and flavours. I started my meal with Large Grande Peruvian Ceviche (HKD148) and Tofu Anticuchero (HKD78). The Peruvian Ceviche was yummy and refreshing. The signature item here is the roasted chicken which marinated with dark beer, rosemary, and cumin etc., for 2 days. It was flavourful, tender, and juicy which is hard to find in Hong Kong. To top it all off, I highly recommend ordering the sharing combo–Peruvian Grill (HKD318) that can enjoy everything in one pot! 😋✨I would definitely come back!
